What is the Hiring Timeline?
The Hiring Timeline is a visual representation of how long each candidate spends at every stage of your hiring process. For the first time, recruiters can:
See elapsed time per stage: Track exactly how many days a candidate was in each stage.
Compare against guide times: Set expected durations for every stage of your pipeline and see if candidates are on track.
Spot bottlenecks: Identify stages where the process consistently takes longer than planned.
Recognize efficiencies: Highlight areas where your team is moving faster than expected.

How It Works
Set guide times
Define the ideal duration for each stage in your hiring pipeline (e.g., CV review: 3 days, Interview: 7 days).

Track candidates in real-time
As candidates move through the funnel, the timeline records the actual time spent in each stage.

Visual feedback on progress
Green markers show stages completed on time
Yellow highlights flag stages where targets were exceeded
Neutral markers indicate stages still to begin progress
“On Schedule” tag shows whether the candidate is still on course by keeping track of guide times and progress of all the stages
Hover over the timeline to see who moved the candidate and details on the progress of that particular stage
