How It Works

1. Set guide times
   Define the ideal duration for each stage in your hiring pipeline (e.g., CV review: 3 days, Interview: 7 days).

2. Track candidates in real-time
   As candidates move through the funnel, the timeline records the actual time spent in each stage.

3. Visual feedback on progress
   
   

   • Green markers show stages completed on time

   
   

   • Yellow highlights flag stages where targets were exceeded
